    What’s the difference between “essential benefits” and “minimum value”?  The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act uses similar terms for very different requirements, and it remains confusing for many people.  In this webinar you will learn the differences in these terms and how they affect your company and the benefits you offer.  In addition, you’ll learn which requirements vary by state and which apply at the national level.  Also the preventive care requirements, including the requirements for women’s preventive care, will be discussed.  In this 90 minute webinar, we will help employers understand what each of these requirements are, what is needed to meet the requirements and which employers the requirements affect.

Stein, Partner – Jackson Lewis LLP Mr. Stein represents employers and management nationwide regarding ERISA-related class action litigation and a broad range of other employment-related legal issues.  His experience includes, ESOPs.
