    Randal M. Limbeck is a partner in the Omaha office of Jackson Lewis LLP. He specializes in representation of clients in the areas of ERISA, employee benefits, and executive compensation.  Mr. Limbeck has represented clients in a broad range of industries and size, with respect to design, document drafting, employee communications, litigatin and assistance in dealings with the IRS and Department of Labor.

     

    Joy M. Napier-Joyce, Partner – Jackson Lewis LLP

    Joy M. Napier-Joyce is a Partner in the Baltimore office of Jackson Lewis LLP.  She counsels clients in a broad range of benefit matters, including general compliance, administration of qualified retirement plans under ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code, and welfare plan issues involving cafeteria plans, health plans, flexible spending accounts, group insurance products, COBRA and HIPAA.  She is a member of the Jackson Lewis Health Care Reform Task Force.
