Our Acadia Benefits team, like many, is challenged with keeping in touch with each other in our new virtual work environment. It is important now, more than ever, that we have those moments to connect with each other outside of business related conversations. When we started working from home, one of things that we implemented was a weekly Thursday meeting where we had the opportunity to see and talk with one another. Beer, wine or cocktails not required but strongly suggested.
Recently we have used this time to do fun team building activities including virtual charades and trivia. Many were skeptical but I can confidently say most everyone had a lot of fun!
Last week we challenged ourselves with bread baking and happy to report… we were awesome at it! We prepared the dough at different stages throughout the day and presented (and ate) our bread during our meeting. Check out the pictures of our bread below.
Here is the link to the recipe if you want to try it out yourself and happy baking! https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1016271-speedy-no-knead-bread
