Acadia Benefits and Eaton Peabody are proud to partner together to provide an overview of Maine’s new Paid Family and Medical Leave law, as well as provide a refresher on Maine’s Earned Paid Leave law. The presentation will highlight the important details of program eligibility, the reasons individuals will be able to take paid leave, the law’s application to large employers vs. sole proprietors, and the law’s impact on private plans and collective bargaining agreements.
The webinar will be moderated by Acadia Benefits’ Partner Vicki Ferentz and presented by Eaton Peabody Shareholder, Sarah Newell, and Associate, Jack Bjorn. After the presentation attendees will have an opportunity to participate in a Q+A to get all their questions answered about how paid family and medical leave benefits will affect businesses across the Pine Tree State.
