As an Account Manager, Joseph supports our customers with day-to-day service of their employee benefits programs. He works closely with both customers and carriers to resolve issues, coordinate plan updates, and ensure smooth service delivery. He also helps develop clear communications to ensure employees understand and get the most value from their benefits. Joseph recently graduated from the University of Maine with a degree in marketing and brings experience in client-focused roles, including real estate and podcasting.
