Naomi Giriteka supports clients through data analysis, financial modeling, and strategic reporting to help inform employee benefits and renewal decisions. In her role as a Client Associate, Naomi assists with benchmarking, claims and utilization reporting, stop-loss program support, and carrier coordination, while helping translate complex financial information into clear, client-focused insights.

Naomi graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a degree in Economics and a minor in Statistics. Originally from Burundi, East Africa, she brings a thoughtful perspective, strong analytical skills, and an eagerness to continue learning and growing within the employee benefits industry.
